Navy blue velvet-like material
White feather lining
Big, silver sequin star
Long sleeve, long dress pattern
Good imagination!!

Instructions:
1. Follow the pattern using the Navy fabric.
2. Add lining around the neck, sleeves, and bottom of dress.
3. Add the silver star to any place you think will look good.

Other information to consider:
You could also get a wand and crown to match the gown.
