A white sheet
Safety Pins
Gold Glitter Spray (optional)
Ribbon (Optional as well)

Instructions:
Fold the sheet in half horizontally (more than once for smaller children), wrap it around the person (Under the arms), safety pin it all the way back. If you want ribbon, apply it under the bust like an empire dress. The back will be billowy due to the gathering of the sheets...it's easy, and very cute. If you'd like, it looks great to spray gold glitter lightly on the dress.

Other information to consider:
For wings, I just purchased mine, but they are easy to make with two wire hangers and a hot glue gun with white material. Cover the hangers, and then adorn the material with feathers.
