Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
*tennis skirt
*2 large bows
*white bodysuit or plain top
*shawl with white stripe (sailor-like)
*gold ribbon
*jewel (small and oval)
*medallion (for front of bow)
*long white gloves
*fabric to match skirt (about 3" wide)

*Mars: red skirt, shawl, jewel, medallion, bow; black-purple bow
*Mercury: blue skirt, shawl, jewel, medallion; light aqua bow
*Jupiter: green skirt, shawl, jewel, medallion; light pink bow
*Venus: orange skirt, shawl, jewel, medallion, bow; blue bow

Instructions:
1. Attach 1 bow (contrasting color if applies) to top front of shirt.
2. Hot glue medallion to center of bow.
3. Attach other bow to top back of skirt.
4. Attach (with little knots of thread or hot glue) fabric piece around glove opening.
5. Fold gold ribbon into a V, Glue. This is the Tiara.
6. Glue jewel to folded part of "tiara".
7. When everything is dry, put on assembled pieces of costume. Place Shawl over shoulders, attaching in front (tuck inside shirt top or safety pin inside shirt top).

If you have to make a shawl...
1. Make a rectangle of skirt-colored fabric with a semi-circle cut out for the neck area.
2. Hot glue, sew or use fuseable webbing to attach a 1 cm piece of white fabric (or ribbon) 1 cm in from the outside edge.
3. Repeat another centimeter in to make 2 stripes.

Hair:
*Put a red bow in your hair for Venus (long blond)
*Put hair into a ponytail with green ball-type hair-tie for Jupiter (brunette)
*Short black-blue hair for Mercury
*Long purple-black hair for Mars

Shoes:
*Tall blue boots (with white stripe near top) for Mercury *Short green boots for Jupiter
*Red high-heels for Mars
*Orange sandals for Venus
