About 4 yards of material, more for an adult. Thread, beads and red lipstick and pins.

Instructions:
Put a hem along the edges. Wrap the material around the body of the person who will be wearing it. Pin it on. Put beads on their head in an appropriate manner and use the lipstick to put a small teardrop in the middle of their forehead. The beads should fall just above the teardrop.
