5 x 7 index cards
black felt tip marker
black body suit
black leotard or black pants

Instructions:
Have someone place white tape down the center of your back
Make and pin signs to hip and shoulders saying curve ahead, wide or soft shoulders depending if you're male or female, speed zone ahead, etc.
