Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
2 pcs. Black Posterboard
1 Pc. White Posterboard
Tape or string for shoulder straps
Black hat(derby style suggested)
Black and white clothing

Instructions:
Cut the black posterboard into rectangles to fit bodysize from chest to at least mid-thigh. Cut circles from the white posterboard for the dots and paste to the black posterboard, front and back. Tape or string the front and back together and wear over black and white clothing. A black derby style hat really completes the look.

Other information to consider:
I have taken an adult size costume, cut it in half and used it for a child and it worked perfectly.
