Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
~An unnatural color hair dye for your hair (wash-out kind works best)
~Big Baggy pants with a weird design
~Little hair ties
~Weird colored or patterned socks
~Weird shoes if possible
~Weird shirt
~Really fake looking out-there jewelry

Instructions:
Spray all of hair weird color(s). Put in lots of little braids or pigtails. Put on weird shirt, pants, and socks. Pull socks up as high as they can go and tuck pants into them. Put on jewelry and shoes.
