White pants,white shirt,white fabric,whie pillow case,black iron on felt,green fabric marker,black fabric marker

Instructions:
Use black fabric and iron stripes onto the shirt and pants make each about 1 inch wide
Cut out a strip that fits around wearers head of fabric,make about 3 inches wide
cut out a circle of fabric about six inches wide and sew the stip to the circle to form a hat
Draw stripes on hat with black marker
Draw a dollar sign ($) on the pillow case and use it as treat bag
Then pot hand cuffs on one hand close and the other cuff hang open like you escaped
