A bit more advanced - sewing definitely required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
blue wig (bright blue and short)
a yard or two of silver fabric
white fishnet stockings
royal blue tight shirt (long or short sleeved)
silver face paint
*optional-- silver gloves

Instructions:
Almost everything is obvious, but the skirt.
For the skirt, use the silver fabric and get a pattern, or do it freehand. It's easy to do, but don't forget about a zipper or something!
*The silver/metallic face paint is just for the lips and the eyes.

Other information to consider:
If you want, be creative and add things like blue stars around the eyes, glitter, whatever!
