Red shorts
White button up shirt
Yellow button up sweater
Yellow or red cotton type hat with a fold-up brim
Bright blue feather
White tights
Black shoes
White gloves
Rubber nose
Bright blue bow tie or ribbon

Instructions:
Put on the white shirt and white tights. Button shirt to top button. Put on red shorts. Put on yellow sweater, fasten top button and pull shirt collar out over sweater. Put on bow tie or tie ribbon into a bow. Put on white gloves. Glue or stitch blue feather on left side of hat and put on head. Put on nose. (I found a rubber flesh colored nose with a stretch sting in a Captain Hook Makeup Kit at Dollar General.)

Other information to consider:
For extra bonus, I made red circles on my son's cheeks with red lipstick and added a touch to his lips. Since he had blonde hair, we colored his hair with black hairspray (which washed right out)!! And made his eyebrows black. No one recognized him and he won FIRST prize!
