Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Round vinyl (flannel backed) orange table cloth - 90" round
a Hoop Skirt - women know what that is
orange or black pants
permanent magic marker
scissors
orange hunters cap
orange ear muffs if it is cold
orange poster board
cardboard for support
metal or wooden rod for sign
duct tape
stapler

Instructions:
1) Find the center of the table cloth - cut a hole just large enough to get your head thru - cut it as small as possible! Looks are deceiving!
To finish off the "top", using the marker, draw tire marks across the "chest" of the table cloth - If you really must have an authentic costume, take it outside and run over it once ... then use the marker to darken the marks
3) Slits to arms can also be cut - keep them small!
4) Make a "construction sign" that reads "End Construction" on both sides by folding the poster board in half, and attatch it to the rod using the duct tape - staple the edges of the poster board
5) stuff a little newspaper in the cap if it is the stretchable type, to make a point
6) if you'd like, make yourself a black eye and bruises on your face - you HAVE been run over you know ...

Other information to consider:
Put on the hoop skirt, but tie it around your NECK - adjust as needed
Get the rest of the garb on - and HAVE SOME FUN!! KEEP A SCARED LOOK ON YOUR FACE! Anytime someone bumps into you, scream OUCH!
