Checkered pants and shirt
A white vest

Instructions:
First, buy (or make) the checkered suit, put on the vest, glue the sign on the side of the hat, put the hat on, lastly, the vest.

Other information to consider:
This is from Alice and Wonderland and black shoes are best. Also, a straight wacky hat, (like a tophat) is best.
