Old pillowcase
Pair of scissors

Instructions:
Take the old pillow case and cut holes for head and arms. Put on over coat and you are done.

Other information to consider:
You can customize however you feel, such as fabric glue and feathers, sequins, or fabric paint. I used glow in the dark fabric paint on a Little Mermaid pillowcase.
