Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
white balloons
packing tape
clear plastic shower cap
disposible white styrophome cooler
wide ribbon or elastic
Rubber Duckie
Sponge back scrubber

Instructions:
Cut the bottom out of the cooler
Tape the ribbon to the cooler in the form of shoulder straps
(on the wide side)
Tape blown up balloons all over the cooler and 2 or 3 on the plastic shower cap.
tape the rubber duckie on
Slip the cooler on, out the shower cap on and hold the sponge back scrubber.
