red & white face paint
red pants (optional)
white shirt
red vest
hair long enough for pigtails(but not too long or it won't work)

Instructions:
First, get dressed. Put on the white shirt and then the vest.

Put your hair up in pigtails on the side of your head, rat them so they look like the candy wrapper on peppermints.
paint your face so it looks like a peppermint.

Other information to consider:
Use lots of hair spray to keep the pigtails up. have fun and prepare to look really cute!!!
