Clear trash bag
Multi colored Baloons
poster board
Markers
Any color leotard and tights.

Instructions:
Make arm and leg holes in the trash bag to fit your child. Then blow up different colored balloons so that they're inflated at a medium size. Take the poster board and cut out the size of a very large jelly bean. Write "Jelly Belly" on it with markers and make the design look like the real "Jelly belly" design. Once your child is in her leotard and tights, slip her into the trash bag and fill it with the blown up balloons. Tie the bag off at the back of the neck but make sure it's not too tight. Then use double stick tape to adhere the "Jelly Belly" sign to the stomach area. This is an adorable costume and children love it!
