Tiara
Pretty, short ballerina dress
White or pink ballet shoes
White nylons or tights
Silver hair and body glitter
Light makeup (optional)
White hair tie
White leotard (optional)

Instructions:
Put outfit on, put hair in a bun and put tiara on head. Put shoes on and have fun.

Other information to consider:
If it's a small child, you may just want to use a pretty headband instead of tiara.
