20 itty bitty baskets or one large wearable basket with bottom removed and a pair of suspenders.
safety pins
1 larger basket for hat
paint (optional)
1 pair earring wires

Instructions:
Version 1: Pin a whole bunch of little baskets on a plain dress or on pants and shirt. Add basket earrings if desired. Paint a larger basket to wear as a hat.
Version 2: Take the bottom out of a very large laundry-type basket. Attach suspenders and wear it as your costume, with tights underneath.

Other information to consider:
If you'll be sitting down, it's best not to pin baskets on your backside!
