Old black suit with tie
Black dress pants
3 old work shoes
Tape
Black marker

Instructions:
Put on the suit, tie, 2 shoes, and pants. Take masking tape and put it on the bottom of the third shoe, cover the whole bottom. Take the marker and draw dials and numbers on the masking tape on the bottom of the shoe.

Other information to consider:
The 3rd shoe is for Maxwell Smart's Shoe phone. Maxwell Smart was from the 1960's show Get Smart. Real easy costume to make.
