* A blue wig
* Bright Blue Pants
* Bright Blue shirt
* Bright blue shoes
* If it's cold out get a bright blue jacket or techno vest (which ever one you want.)
* Bright blue makeup (blue lipstick, bright blue eyeshadow, and blue nail polish.)
* blue jewelry (optional)
* A lot of glow-and-the-dark jewelry

Instructions:
Go buy all the supplies:
1) Put on your shirt and pants.
2) Put on your jacket or techno vest.
3) Then put on your blue shoes.
4) Then put on your bright blue makeup on.
5) Safety pins the blue wig to your head.
6) Now go.
