Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
-Red material (for a cape)
-Red thread
-Red headband
-Red material (for the horns)
-Stuffing (for the horns)
-Red string (for the cape, to tie it around your neck)
-Black velour (to line the inside of your cape, optional)

Instructions:
First, make the cape. Cut out a big rectangular shape that comes down to the ankles of the person you are making this for. Sew the red string onto the cape, at the top. If you would like to, you can cut a piece of black velour and line the inside of the cape, by sewing it on. You should now be done with your cape.

Take the red headband, and set it aside for now. You will be making the horns first. Take some of the red material, fold it in half, and cut two sets of horns out. Sew the top part of them together, but leave the bottom part open so you can stuff it with white stuffing (found in craft stores.) Finally, when you are finished stuffing both horns, you sew the bottom part together. Then, sew them both on the red headband, and you should be done!!

Just add a little freaky makeup, and knock 'em dead at Halloween!
