Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
-Black Cape (plastic or fabric)
-Black Outfit (including black top, black pants and black boots)
-A silvery moon mask
OR
-Black, silver/grey and white face paint
-Several packets of assorted glow in the dark stickers including stars, planets and moons
-Sparkles for added fun
Instructions:
Pick clothing and set aside for later use.
Lay out cape and open stickers. Randomly place stickers on outside of cape, organizing them in constellations. If some stickers are left over, place on visible side of outfit.
The day of the party or Halloween, keep any part of the costume that has stickers on it under a bright light. Otherwise, the glow in the dark will not work.
Before placing any articles of clothing on, wet hair and add ample amounts of gel. For girls, slick back and put in a pony tail. For boys, simply slick back.
If you chose the makeup, draw a half-moon with black and fill in using the white and grey, accordingly adding craters and mountains.
If you chose the mask, put it on last.
Put on all clothing and then the cape. Sprinkle the sparkles all over the costume. Act mysterious.
Other information to consider:
I had a lot of fun in this costume because it was so different from the average "fairy princess" or "ninja". I especially liked running around with the cape flying behind me. It adds that flair of mystery.
