Estimated time required to make this costume:
about 2 days

Difficulty level:
Almost as easy - some sewing
A bit more advanced - sewing definitely required
Advanced - call Betsy Ross!

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Poster or card board paper (normal poster size)
About 2 yards of pretty lace (your choose what type)Measure your width and length and that's how much material you will need (or you can start from an old dress or old costume and add alterations)
You will need material for your hat: 1 yard of a material of your choice and stuffing or just cotton balls
A scarf

Instructions:
To make your hat, just take your poster board, fold it into a coned hat and glue it together. Wrap your material around the hat, glue it on the hat. Then, take the material left over, fold it into a tube, stuff it with cotton and glue it all together. Then, glue the scarf on top.

Starting from a dress, add sleeves and make alterations. Adding lace and a cape would help a lot.
