What age group is this costume for?

Estimated time required to make this costume:
20 mins + shopping

Difficulty level:
Quick and easy - no sewing required
Almost as easy - some sewing

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
-Baggy, tan, long sleeved shirt
-Baggy, tan Pants
-Styrofoam balls (craft store)
-Quick-drying, black paint
-Tan yarn
-Tan fabric (for shoes and collar)
-foam (the squishy kind - for soles of shoes)
-not so baggy shirt (tan or brown works best)

Instructions:
Take the paint and paint the word "potatoes" on the Baggy shirt. Put on the smaller, less baggy shirt, the baggy shirt, and the pants. Put some of the styrofoam balls in the BAGGY shirt, NOT the smaller one. Put a few of the Styrofoam balls in the very bottom of the pants, around your ankle and tie the bottoms of the pants closed with the yarn. Do the same at the wrist. Get the fabric and make moccasins by tying/sewing it around your foot. Tie/sew the foam to the bottom of your foot, make a collar around the neck and tie string around it. And there you have a sack-o-potatoes!

Other information to consider:
You might want to add a straw hat for effect. I did this in the 11th grade and everyone loved it.
