Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Orange Garbage Bag...(size depends on how big kid is!)
Black Stockings
A Black Shirt (preferably long-sleeved)
Something to Stuff Bag With (i.e. paper, or fabric stuffing)
Black Permanent marker

Instructions:
Fit garbage bag on kid. Cut holes for arms, legs and neck. Wear black stockings and black shirt underneath bag. Draw on pumpkin face, and stuff middle with paper, or fabric stuffing.

Other information to consider:
May want stockings to be thicker, depending on weather.
