White Fabric
Brown Fabric

Instructions:
Make a skirt out of the white fabric and sew it together. Cut another section of white fabric. Sew it into a one-shoulder strapped shirt. After that, cut a one inch strip of brown fabric. Tie it on to the top of the skirt.

Other information to consider:
Try to make a lightning bolt out of yellow fabric or felt.
