Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
~Feather boa

~Mardi Gras mask

~Dress - use just a kinda good dress you have, or if you really want to, make a ball gown (Another possibility, if you don't mind spending money, is renting a ball gown.)

~Curling iron, fancy your hair, recommend an up-do

~Shoes, kinda fancy, black or white... whatever. Or just use tennis shoes if you really want to.

Instructions:
Just get all the clothes together( or if you want, make the dress), put on dress, do hair, add mask, boa, and shoes. Pretty easy, huh?

Other information to consider:
When I did this the first year, it was rainy so the scarf thing got ugly (not great in rain). But it's awesome in normal weather. If it's cold, wear pants under your dress if necessary.
