What age group is this costume for?
Preschool and Younger

One day

Difficulty level:
Almost as easy - some sewing

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Black wig (cut like a bob)
Blue t-shirt
2 yards yellow and 3 feet red material (at local thrift store)
Blue or black shoes with no heel
Red headband
Apple
Flowers

Instructions:
1. Cut the sleeves off the blue t-shirt
2. Measure blue material so it fits around the biggest part of your arm of blue material, cut, then sew red stripes onto it.
3. Measure your waist and cut the proper amount of yellow material for the skirt.
4. Sew the skirt to the shirt then the blue material to the cut off arms of the shirt.

Other information to consider:
It's not that hard, but make sure to add a tad bit of a loose fit to the sleeves of the dress
