Masking Tape
Empty Soda Cans
Cardboard
Hot Glue
Buttons (optional)

Instructions:
Cut a piece of cardboard large enough to fit over your head and around your body, like a vest. Cover the cardboard in masking tape. Hot glue empty soda cans to the vest. Glue on buttons and make slots for money, number choices, and return cash.

Other information to consider:
You do not need to decorate the back.
