Large cardboard box
Small table cloth
Lamp shade
Accessories (plastic vase w/flowers, plastic cup, book, etc.)
Glue gun

Instructions:
Cut a hole in box large enough so that child can "wear" the box like a skirt. Glue straps on (so the child can wear the box like suspenders). Cover box with table cloth and cut a hole in that as well. Hot glue accessories to "table top". Hot glue a chin strap to lampshade and wear like a hat. Decorate however you like to personalize it.

May be impossible to sit once costume is on.
