Black sweatpants
Black sweatshirt
Snorkel and mask
Foil
Backpack
Black foam or construction paper
Hot glue gun
Shoes

Instructions:
Put on the sweatpants, and sweatshirt and shoes. Put on backpack covered with foil to look like an air tank on your back. Glue black "flippers" onto shoes with glue gun. Put snorkel and mask on. And off you go!
