glow in the dark fabric paint
black shirt
coat hanger
black pants
black hat
foam ball

Instructions:
Paint numbers and other buttons to resemble cell phone key pad on shirt. Untwist coat hanger and wrap around hat exterior for antennae. Place foam ball on top of coat hanger.

Other information to consider:
Be careful with coat hanger. May not be appropriate for young elementary schoolers.
