baseball cap
jeans
shirt
rolled-up newspapers
newspaper bag
jacket/coat (depending on weather)

Instructions:
Wear clothes; newspaper bag is the last thing to put on, and place a few papers in the bag.

Other information to consider:
This works well if a parent, older sibling, friend or relative has, at some point in time, delivered newspapers. Ask around! It also eliminates the need for a sack for trick-or-treating.
