Show description:
Pappy is an artist and is joined by an assortment of characters who perform skits and sing songs. The primary focus of the show is watching Pappy draw pictures. He slowly and carefully explains how and why he uses certain techniques in drawing and coloring his artwork. The show is meant to spark an interest in creating and at the end of the program, Pappy features pictures sent to him by his "fans".
