Description of method:
When our son was 2 1/2 years old, I took him to the store and when we passed the underwear, he pointed to the ones with motorcycles on them and said "I want that motorcycle" I told him "Oh, those are underwear....they are for BIG BOYS, not for little boys like you who still pee their pants. You can't pee in those." He said, "I won't pee Mommy! I just want those!"
Well, I bought them for him and "POOF!!!" That was it! I guess he just wasn't ready until he was really ready! I think that we parents put too much effort into "training" when maybe we should just let them tell us when they are ready. After all, did you ever see anyone graduate High School wearing a diaper? :)
