Expert/company advocating this approach (if applicable):
Mother of Five & Great GrandMother

Description of method:
Simply start early by introducing the child to the training potty. Whenever the child uses the potty, lavish praise on them applauding and cheering.
But, first keep a log of the time of day or night the child soils his diaper. After a week's record keeping, start putting the child on the pot at the times he or she would normally have a bowel movement. This routine must be continued until the child starts to let you know when he or she has to use the potty.
I've trained five children and several were trained priot to 2 years of age with no stress or trauma.

Recommended age for this method:
Starting prior to 1 year, if walking

How long should it take for child to be potty trained by this method?
Depends on the child but sometimes less than a month
