Description of method:
Christy, my 11 yr. old daughter, still needed diapers. We had to buy Depends Adult Diapers for her.

The problem was she was still wetting the bed. She had a weak bladder and the medicine she took had no effect.

She was getting teased in school, so we took her out. We tried to explain that it wasn't her fault. All she said was that she was a big baby.

Then we had an idea. We lined the diapers with strips of shower curtain. We lined her panties with it and put the diapers in her panties. That way, if it did go through her diaper, her panties wouldn't get messy or wet and she wouldn't have to change clothes. They gave her enough confidence to go back to school. Also, they're easy to wash. It dosen't take long to do so, and they're easy to put in her purse in a zip lock bag in case of an accident at school.

Recommended age for this method:
6 - as old as needed.

How long should it take for child to be potty trained by this method?
As long as it takes.
