Brief summary:
Six Dinner Sid is a cat who gets around! Six people seem to own him, he has 6 beds, six dinner bowls, etc. Life is the cat's meow until Sid develops a cold, and gets six doses of Cure, but the ending is Happy.

Children who have experienced feline personality quirks will delight in Sid's ambling predictably from one situation to the next. While enjoying the story, all the while children are gently picking up reading skills from the exceptionally kid-friendly text. The illustrations complement the book in every way, and Cat Lovers of all ages will enjoy a good snuggle with Sid cat at bedtime.
