Brief summary:
Baba (grandmother) Edis wakes up one cold morning and says, "This is a good day to make some soup to warm my bones." The other grannies that live in the neighborhood smell her soup as it simmers, and one by one they invite themselves in. Unbeknownst to the others, each neighbor adds seasonings to the stew. The results are so bad even Baba Edis' cat makes a sad face.

Then working together, they start a new pot full of soup. Each person helps in some way, but only Baba Edis adds the salt, pepper, and garlic this time. It is so good everyone has 2 bowls full. Then, they clean up and say "good night" (as you can see, good cooking is sooo time consuming!).
