Primarily used to improve behavior:
At Home

Instructions for using this technique:
Make a spreadsheet on your computer containing a list of behavior problems your child has. Have a warning, and chances 1, 2, 3. When the child has used up all chances, make them do something that's not enjoyable that you feel is appropriate (eg. timeout, sitting in corner, cleaning up, washing dishes, etc.). If the child catches his/herself doing something and stops, then a cross may be removed. (Please adjust to suit your needs.)

Other information parents should consider before using this technique:
If there is more than one child involved, BE FAIR!!!
