Instructions for using this technique:
We use Shaklee vitamins and natural cleaning products. Calcium, magnesium, multi. optiflora, fatty acids, zinc and a protein supplement. We did the elimination diet and use the rotation diet to eliminate further sensitivities. We use the diet books "Eat Right for Your Type" and "The Zone" to individualize his dietary needs. We put him in a behavior modification/self esteem program this summer (out patient) which improved his sense of responsiblity and respect for himself and others. We use the book "Parenting with Love and Logic" and are currently attending a class using the book, sponsored by our community.

Other information parents should consider before using this technique:
Read the books first, plan a menu. Get a health assessment from Shaklee on your child. Record what he eats in a journal and record the behavior for the day. Read the behavior book. Look for a Hospital that puts on a summer program for self esteem/behavior modification.
