Instructions for using this technique:
I gave my ADHD son a cup of coffee instead of a (Ritalin or Cylert!) pill. Its central nervous system stimulating properties are comparable, without all the unwanted side effects!

Other information parents should consider before using this technique:
Consult your pediatrician or family doctor before using caffeine with your ADHD child.
