Age group(s) for which this technique is helpful:
Preschool and Younger
Elementary School
Middle School
High School & Beyond

Instructions for using this technique:
I'll bet most if not all of the ADD/ADHD "diagnoses" were not obtained through scientific objective laboratory testing but by subjective behavior surveys. As a result millions of our children are prescribed toxic psychotropic medications to cover-up/mask these "ADD/ADHD Symptoms" rather than looking at the causes. My philosophy on drugs is: "Drugs are great if needed. But let's look at need. Drugs should never ever be the first course of action when dealing with ADD/ADHD.

Other information parents should consider before using this technique:
Discover and eliminate the causes of your child's ADD/ADHD and the symptoms will vanish. No More Symptoms = No More Drugs! For more information, visit http://www.RxFreeKids.org
