Instructions for using this technique:
Determine the areas where your child needs the most guidance. It could be something as simple as the "morning routine" or an afterschool checklist. Be as detailed as possible... don't leave out steps even if they appear to be obvious to you. Present your child with their daily checklist and watch as they work through their tasks, develop a routine and eventually work without the list.
