This book is the best practical parenting book I've found. It is based on respect, it is very positive in scope and promotes a healthy family relationship. It is arranged in sections according to the problem, such as 'bedtime hassles', 'forgetting', or 'lying'. Each section has the sub-headings of 'understanding your child' and 'suggestions' which are practical solutions to the problem. Each section also includes 'Life skills Children can Learn' and finishes with 'Parenting Pointers'. I Love This Book and have referred to it many times over the past couple of months! A definite asset to the parenting library!
