You made these children together. You need to raise them together. You must maintain a relationship and communication.

What advice can you offer?
If you thought you needed a good relationship before you were divorced, it needs to be better NOW. Your kids are looking to you for their guidence to become good people. If they see that you can not communicate about them, what kind of precident are you setting for their future relationships? You MUST get along so your kids can go a long way. They are your priority, whether you are married to their other parent or not. You must let your children know by your words AND actions that they mean the world to you both. Show them that you can cooperate with each other even though you can no longer live together.

Please add any additional comments or suggestions.
