Provide a brief description of this resource:
Private reading therapy conducted by a certified Phono-Graphix instructor by Read America, Inc. The program authors have had a 98% success rate at remediating students to grade level in 12 clinical hours. This is a fast and very effective method for getting students up to grade level (and beyond) and back into the classroom, working at the pace of their fellow students. There are many Phono-Graphix instructors in the U.S. and abroad. A certified therapist can be found at the ReadAmerica.net website. Therapy schedules vary depending on which clinic you go to. Some clinics only do therapy on weekdays, others are more flexible and do weekends and evenings. The Midwest Reading Clinic offers a variety of scheduling options that serve both local and out-of-town clients. MidwestReadingClinic.com has a listing of sample therapy schedules to view.
