Describe your Halloween celebration idea:
Using full-size pizza crusts (pre-made) and working in teams, or using split English muffins, and colorful toppings, assemble/decorate/bake pizzas that look Scary, Spooky, Crazy, etc. Bake, cool slightly, and serve. Obviously, just a part of a Party...

What steps should be taken to organize this celebration?
Decide whether you will finance and purchase all ingredients and supplies, or whether you need to ask parents/families to contribute items. Similar to a potluck, divvy up your list of ingredients: Sauce, cheese, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, etc.
Prepare a notice for distribution, if you are going to ask for ingredients to be contributed. Get some volunteer support if you are working with very young pizza bakers (example: classroom activity).

Baking instructions should appear on the label of the sauce...but if not, my general rule is 400 degrees F., until the cheese is melted and bubbly. The larger the pizza, the longer it will take, of course, but probably no longer than 20 minutes baking time per batch.

Additional comments:
Award token prizes for artistry! Wooden spoons can have categories written on the handle (scary, beautiful, crazy), w/indelible marker and a colorful ribbon tied on. "Dollar Store" spoons are fine ;-) Having a prize for for every person and/or team may be a good idea.
