Describe your Halloween celebration idea:
Take a paper towel, tissue paper (white's the best!), or tissues. Buy any type of lollipop you wish, place the cloth of your choice over pop, placing the pop in the middle, wrap the cloth around the candy itself, then tie with ribbon or yarn and let the kids draw a face of their own on their ghost with a pen or marker!

What steps should be taken to organize this celebration?
Set up a table with all the pieces to this project either right on the table or little bins for quick pick-up!

Additional comments:
I would use either black or orange ribbon to tie around the neck of your ghost!
