Description of tip or technique:
Always use sunblock on your little ones. SPF of AT LEAST 30, higher if you can get it. You should also be sure it's WATERPROOF. That way, if you go to a beach or water park, you're not spending time fighting with a child that just wants to play.

Other comments or suggestions:
I've tried several types of sunblocks. I have found the pretty colored ones and the foams to be less effective than the tried and true Waterbabies SPF 30-45.
